Alongside the organizing team, your mission will be to set up and enhance the site to welcome youth groups, the public, and artists. You will participate in installing various facilities, such as outdoor kitchens, bars, and stages.
During the festival, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors and artists, as well as running various stands. After the event, you will assist with dismantling the facilities and restoring the site. This project is a unique opportunity to see the backstage of a cultural event and contribute to its success through collective action.
Accomodation and food
Accommodation will be in one- or two-person tents, located in a dedicated area on the festival site. You must bring a warm sleeping bag and a pillow. A kitchen area, a dining room, and a shared living space will be available nearby, along with showers and toilets. A covered room is available in case of bad weather. Outside of the festival days, a food budget will be managed by the camp leaders in coordination with the group. Meals will be prepared in turns, prioritizing local products and environmental values. During the festival, meals will be provided by an on-site catering service. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available.
