Summer Windsurfing Camp for Children Charzykowy

WORK

Volunteers will be part of an international team supporting the camp staff. Their tasks will include: assisting educators in caring for a group of children, co-leading workshops (artistic, sports, integration), organizing games and integration activities, providing support during water activities (technical assistance, motivating children), conducting conversations and simple English classes, building an international atmosphere by sharing their culture.

We do not require professional experience in windsurfing – commitment, responsibility, and a willingness to work with children are more important.

ACCOMMODATION & FOOD

Volunteers will be accommodated: in rooms for 2-3 people or in summer houses on the premises of the resort, located directly on the lake and surrounded by forest.

We provide 4 meals a day: breakfast – buffet, lunch – two-course hot meal, afternoon snack, dinner – buffet.

It is possible to adjust the diet (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).

LOCATION & LEISURE

Location: Charzykowy, Tuchola Forest, Poland

Charzykowy is located in pristine area of Bory Tucholskie Forests, it is a perfect place for doing sports, exploring nature and hiking and biking.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for people who: are over 18 years of age, are open-minded, empathetic, and patient, enjoy working with children and young people, are able to work in a team, are responsible and positive, communicate in English, are interested in sports, education, leisure activities, or social work.

Criminal Record Check: All volunteers must provide a clean criminal record certificate at least two weeks before the workcamp starts. EU volunteers must bring their European Health.
