Taroselska Farm is a regenerative ecological farm established in 2020 by Tamara Povh and Andrej Kurnik. The farm combines traditional ecological knowledge with agroecology, social ecology, and ethics of care. The camp aims to connect rural and urban communities, support sustainable living practices, and create a space for collective learning, volunteering, and cultural exchange. Through practical farm work, workshops, discussions, and community living, participants will explore regenerative agriculture, ecological responsibility, and social justice.

Work description:
Volunteers will participate in regular maintenance of gardens, harvesting, care for animals and pastures, forest observation and maintenance, agroforestry work on slopes, maintenance of farm infrastructure such as the barn or hayrack, and support with camp infrastructure and collective food preparation. Practical activities will be accompanied by collective reflection sessions and educational workshops.
Accommodation:
Participants will sleep in their own tents or in the barn/hayrack. Sleeping bag is required. Compost toilets and outdoor showers will be available. Food ingredients will come from the farm and nearby regenerative and ecological farms. Participants will collectively prepare meals.
Location and leisure:
Hiking to nearby hills Ješivec and Lisca, resting in nature, music, social gatherings around the fire, workshops, cultural activities, and a small concert event.
Language: We will use slovenian and english language.
Requirements:
No special skills are required. Participants should be interested in sustainable living, ecology, collective work, and community life. The terrain is mountainous and includes steep slopes, therefore hiking shoes are recommended.
