Brief description and main aims

There are not many foreigner in Tosu,Saga pref. where you will be. It would be better to have some Japanese or at least to have passion to communicate with local people. It takes about 50mins to Fukuoka pref. by train. To Saga city,Saga pref. to about 20mins by train.

The representative is a returnee of ICYE program in Denmark, working at the kindergarten. Brand new International child care center established in May 2023 along with some ecperience of the representative in Denish education field. We've just started advertising our child care center. There are not any children yet.(on June,2023) Maximum capacity is 5 kids. Age from 1 year old to 6 years old before they go to elementary school.Common language is English in this child care center.

Main Activities

Mainly look after kids and interact with kids. Hopefully,we'll welcome some kids before Volunteers comes. If it won't be, we want to get Volunteers help how we advertising our childcare center. e.g. Organize events, make flyer, shoot small videos and post on SNS.

Hosting Situation (Board and Lodging)

The Volunteer's will live in an apartment where 15mins away from the child care center.

NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS IN PROJECT: 01

Pocket money: Volunteer will receive a small allowance for pocket money of 67.39 Euros/month

V.GO Membership fee: 10.000.000VND (Activated til 25/02/2027)

Participation fees (Visa support, training, accommodation and foods during stay):

• Long-term: 3.500 Euros/6 months or 5.000 Euros/12 months.
