Brief description and main aims

In the morning class,students study the schoolsubject like literature, mathematics, English, chemistry, etc.
In the afternoon class, the school prepares more practical activities including arts, music, play, physical education and sometimes outside class.
Through the year, there are various events at school for students and local communities

Cultural Exposure

Fukuoka is the central prefecture of Kyushu island and there are people with various cultural background living since it is the city with the seaside port and open to influence from foreign countries. Josei, the district where Minna no Manabikan is located, is close to the center of Fukuoka-city and it is easy to
access all different kinds of spot.

Volunteer tasks

• Assistant of school teachers
• Support the regular class and outside eventsin communication with teachers and parents
• Management of class activity

*Intermidiate Japanese language skill required
Be willing to interact and talk with others
Listen to others and be open to opinions even if they are different from yours
Be supportive with each student, treat all students equally
Be positive under the challenging situations

NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS IN PROJECT: 01

Pocket money: Volunteer will receive a small allowance for pocket money of 67.39 Euros/month

V.GO Membership fee: 10.000.000VND (Activated til 25/02/2027)

Participation fees (Visa support, training, accommodation and foods during stay):

• Long-term: 3.500 Euros/6 months or 5.000 Euros/12 months.
