The role of the volunteers is to assist in the preparation, implementation, and dismantling of the festival. The camp lasts 10 days, of which 5 days are dedicated to preparation, 2 days to the realization of the festival, and 3 days to dismantling and cleaning up the festival and the camp. Volunteers will support various areas of the festival, including the production of visual, audio, and performative aspects; decoration food preparation; dismantling and cleaning; and assisting with the overall organization and smooth implementation of the camp and the festival, together with other members of the organizing team. Volunteers will work 5 hours per day, at a time that suits them, in agreement with the organizers, and will have one free day, chosen individually in coordination with the organizers. When sending the infosheet, the camp and festival organizers will include a specially designed Google Form in order to create internal volunteer schedules based on volunteers' preferences regarding working hours and task distribution.
Accommodation and food
Volunteers will be accommodated in tents in a small forested area of a traditional rural farmstead in Chennai. Meals will be prepared by the camp volunteers together with other members of the organizing team, in the kitchen at the farm, according to a schedule agreed upon collectively.
Location and leisure
The farmhouse in Čenej is a unique location situated near Novi Sad. It offers an authentic atmosphere of a traditional farmhouse of the Vojvodina plains, with a small forested area at the back of the property. This area will accommodate volunteers in tents, as well as some of the young performers at the festival, organizers, and festival visitors who decide to stay for several days. This space represents a traditional cultural element of Vojvodina, allowing volunteers to become more familiar with the cultural and historical heritage of the region. During their free time, volunteers can visit rural areas of Vojvodina as well as Novi Sad, the second-largest city in Serbia.
