Work:

Assist in the community initiatives of the university, support/assistance in the assigned office, assist in capacity-building workshops, assist in teaching academic/non-academic subjects including foreign language lessons, and other related activities.

Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) is located in Dumaguete City, surrounded by a convenient location and beautiful nature.

Location:
・Dumaguete City features a mild climate and beautiful coastline, and is about a 15-minute drive from Dumaguete Airport.
・The area offers many commercial facilities, cafes, and restaurants.

Leisure:
・Beaches: Diving and snorkeling at Apo Island.
・Tourist Spots: Rizal Boulevard, Casaroro Falls, and Silliman University Museum.
・Cafes and Restaurants: Plenty of student-friendly cafes and affordable restaurants.

Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) has nine (9) campuses located in strategic areas across the province of Negros Oriental, namely: Dumaguete (2) campuses, Bais (2) campuses, Bayawan-Sta. Catalina Campus, Siaton Campus, Guihulngan Campus, Pamplona Campus and Mabinay Campus. It supports research, innovation, development, and extension across the entire spectrum of the academe, businesses and communities.

Directions to meeting point

Directions to GIED Office Causing Feria Building, Osmeña Blvd, Cebu City By Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service (Approx. 30-45 minutes): Upon exiting the airport, proceed to the taxi or ride-hailing service area. Inform the driver to take you to Causing Feria Building, Osmeña Blvd, Cebu City. Depending on traffic, the driver will usually take either the Marcelo Fernan Bridge or the Mactan-Mandaue Bridge. The GIED office is located near Robinsons Fuente, beside the Shell Gas Station, and across the YMCA. By Public Transport (Approx. 1-1.5 hours): From the airport, board a jeepney or MyBus heading to SM City Cebu. At SM City Cebu, transfer to a jeepney going to Fuente Osmeña or Osmeña Blvd. Ask the driver to drop you near the Causing Feria Building, located beside the Shell Gas Station and across the YMCA, close to Robinsons Fuente.
