The Legambiente Geo A.P.S. association was born in Atessa in 1989 thanks to the enthusiasm and the care of a group of young volunteers. During the last years we have fighted against waste trade, land consumption, for the Sangro river safeguard and the Val di Sangro evironmental quality. Thanks to our devouted and determined work, we set up the SIC Monte Pallano and Lecceta d’ Isca d’ Archi area. It is a place where environmental and archaeoligical excellences coexist.
