Your help is needed in the historical town of Linz am Rhein, with its many colourful old town houses. You will help with various gardening and maintenance work in the city, e.g. in the park, in the historic cemetery and in other green spaces in Linz. The city of Linz is holding an international workcamp for the third time and this camp is also very much about international exchange within the group. The community will also make some offers so that you can get to know the city and the surrounding area. The workcamp groups, who spent their summer 2019 and 2022 here, felt very comfortable and happily accepted all the offers from the community.
Accomodation and food
You will be staying in the town hall, in the centre of town. You cook together. Money for the food shopping is provided to you. Vegetarian or vegan meals are possible. Please indicate any allergies when registering.
Location and leisure
Linz is in a beautiful spot along the river Rhine and you have numerous possibilities for excursions in the surrounding area. You will have a tour through the beautiful old town of Linz, which has several cafes and restaurants. Besides this, there is also a nice outdoor swimming pool. You can also take trips to the nearby cities of Bonn, Koblenz, or Cologne.
