The volunteers will create a unique theater project, where they can take on different roles and unleash their creativity. Whether it’s a short scene, a study, or even a full play – anything is possible here! This workcamp is not just a creative challenge but also an inspiring journey towards selfexpression.
Accomodation and food
ACCOMODATION:
Volunteers will stay at our partners accommodation in shared rooms.
FOOD:
Food (also vegetarian/vegan) is included, but meals have to prepared by the volunteers.

LOCATION:
In the largest city of Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, you can express yourself artistically and work together with others to create an exciting theater project. In addition to rehearsals, there’s plenty of time to explore Rostock: Discover the historic old town, stroll through the lively Kröpeliner Street, or relax on the beautiful sandy beach of Warnemünde. Whether culture, the sea, or city life – Rostock provides the dial setting for your theater work camp.
LEISURE:
Volunteers can take trips to Berlin, Hamburg or Warnemünde, go swimming and enjoy the beach.

Since 1990, NiG has been bringing together socially engaged youth and dedicated volunteers to organize and run international work camps in Germany, as well as multilateral youth exchanges both at home and abroad. As part of a global network, we also connect young people with meaningful projects through our partner organizations worldwide.
Over the years, thousands of participants from 42 countries have collaborated on impactful initiatives. With more than 800 work camps completed, we continue to create opportunities for cultural exchange, learning, and social engagement.
